This study investigated the characteristics of long term care workers` self-determination motivations and its effects on organizational climate. This study also has conducted structural equation modeling to review the mediated effect of the job satisfaction in the process from motivation to the organizational climate. According to the results, intrinsic motivation and identified motivation were shown to influence the organizational climate through the mediated effect of job satisfaction in the group of long term care workers. However, among sub-variables of selfdetermination motivation, intrinsic motivation & identified motivation turned out to significantly influence the organizational climate, while external motivation was shown not to significantly influence it. It was confirmed that there could be an effect of long term care workers` organizational variable in the individual dimensions with high level of self-determination motivation.
